The care and safety of children and young people is fundamental to Catholic Education.
St Joseph’s Primary School is dedicated to building “Communities of Faith” and therefore we are committed to providing a child safe environment.

St Joseph’s Primary School would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our school is situated.

The school is situated in Quarry Hill, one of the oldest suburbs in the regional city of Bendigo. It is close to the vibrant Central Business District of Bendigo.

Quarry Hill is a popular residential area and has many historic homes. The students who attend St. Joseph’s mainly live in the surrounding suburbs of Quarry Hill, Spring Gully or Golden Square.

The school motto, “Building Communities of Faith” is central to the school’s vision. The school prides itself on the strong community who work together to ensure that all students reach their potential.
Families are encouraged to be involved in the school and there are many opportunities throughout the school year to be part of the school community, and to support your child with their education journey.

The junior classrooms and library have recently been refurbished and now offer vibrant and flexible learning spaces for the students to learn.

I encourage you to explore the website and contact the school if you have any further queries.
